Auditions Manager Position

General Information

LBMT is looking for an auditions manager to join our team of volunteers. This is an excellent opportunity to become more involved with LBMT behind-the-scenes, and the work can mostly be done from home! The auditions manager oversees all auditions at LBMT and is responsible for the following:

• Responds to and schedules audition requests
• Prepares auditions lists and scoring sheets for production teams
• Ensures LBMT audition protocols are followed at all auditions
• Works with the GM in ensuring audition attendants are scheduled to sign-in those auditioning
• Answers audition questions and emails send to LBMT’s auditions email address (lostbaggageauditions@gmail.com)

The position lasts for approximately one fiscal year and will end on August 31, 2025. At this point, the Auditions Manager may be asked to stay an additional year or they may leave the position.
