Mike Sheppard

Artistic Director

Mike Sheppard is a theatre producer, director, and arts leader with more than 20 years of experience in Canada’s nonprofit theatre sector. He has worked with organizations across Ontario including Broadway Across Canada, The Kick & Push Festival, Theatre Kingston, and Driftwood Theatre. Mike is the founder and former Executive Director of Blue Canoe Productions, which he led from 2006 to 2018. He is currently the General Manager of Odyssey Theatre and Artistic Director of Ottawa StoryTellers. A graduate of Queen’s University, Mike continues to develop theatrical projects and lead initiatives with the goal of growing theatre in Ottawa.

Sabrina Tang

Music Director

Sabrina Tang is a collaborative pianist and music teacher based in Ottawa. She received her Diploma in Piano Performance from Trinity College London in 2007 and is currently an accompanist for the Ottawa Children’s Choir, as well as the Music Director at Gloucester Presbyterian Church. She also runs a private piano studio where she welcomes and teaches students of all ages and skill levels. Recent musical and band direction credits include Sweeney Todd (Paper Moon Theatre, NAC), A New Brain (TotoToo Theatre), Dreamgirls (Orpheus Musical Theatre), and Next to Normal (Elevator Theatre Company).

Kristen Loreto

Choreographer

Kristen is returning to LBMT after previously choreographing Guys and Dolls with the company. Trained in music and dance, Kristen worked for Lock and Keynote Productions as both Music Director and Choreographer for many years. She helped grow the University of Ottawa Dance Club as an executive member and spent numerous summers running dance training camps. Select choreography credits include Guys and Dolls, Anything Goes, Bye Bye Birdie and Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat.

Outside of theatre, Kristen works as a French and Music teacher for the OCDSB and spends most of her days directing the concert band and school musical. Enjoy the show!

Eliot Van Iterson

Stage Manager

Eliot is a Film & Media student at Algonquin College, and is returning to Lost baggage after acting as assistant Stage Manager for A Chorus Line last year. He got his start in theatre with Ottawa School of Theatre and has since had a passion for live performance. He is excited to be working with this incredible cast on such a special show!

Daniel Braun

Lighting Designer

Daniel is a theatre and visual artist specializing in producing, lighting design, and occasionally, acting. Originally from Toronto, he is currently completing a BA in Visual Arts and Theatre at UOttawa  and will be starting a Masters in Theatre the following year. They recently played Christopher in The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time, as well as being the lighting designer for 9 to 5 (CMTS). He also worked with A Company of Fools in A Comedy of Errors. Outside of theatre, they are a licensed childhood educator and enjoy crocheting and model plane building. Daniel is thrilled to work with LBMT for the first time in Bonnie and Clyde and hopes audiences will raise a little hell for this show!

Jarrett Stoll

Clyde Barrow

Born and raised out on the wild, open shores of Georgian Bay, Jarrett grew up raising theatrical hell on stages across Simcoe County and Toronto before hightailing it to Ottawa in 2020. They’ve been spotted at previous rendezvous points like in Rocky Horror Show as ‘Frank N. Furter’ (TotoToo), and as a performer/server at Oh Canada Eh!. When they are not robbing banks with Bonnie, you’ll find them causing mischief at Broadway Nights, or anywhere elsep that will give Jarrett a microphone.

Christopher Adrien

Rocky

Tatum Tatarciuc has been involved in musical theatre for over 18 years and it all began with the company, KYMTC. Some of her past roles include: Newsies, ‘Katherine Plumber’ (KYMTC), Sound of Music, ‘Liesl’ (KYMTC), Legally Blonde, ‘Elle Woods’ U/S (CMTS), and Dogfight, ‘Marcy’ (ETC). Tatum will appear as ‘Portia’ in KYMTC’s Something Rotten this fall! She is currently pursuing her studies to become an elementary school teacher. Tatum is so grateful and honoured to be able to bring the incredible character of Bonnie to life! She would like to thank her mom, without whom none of this would have been possible.

Jay Landreville

Ted Hinton

Bonnie & Clyde marks Jay’s fifth production with Lost Baggage Musical Theatre but he has been involved in the Ottawa theatre community for a number of years. He looks forward to bringing the role of Ted to life on the stage. Jay has previously performed with Suzart Productions, Orpheus Musical Theatre, and ASNY Productions. Previous on-stage credits include Chicago ‘Amos Hart’, The Rocky Horror Show ‘Riff Raff’, Fiddler on the Roof ‘Motel’, Jesus Christ Superstar ‘Peter’, and Sweeney Todd ‘Tobias Ragg’. Jay has also had the opportunity to try his hand at directing as well, Alice in Wonderland Jr., Aladdin Jr. (Suzart Productions), and most recently assistant directing LBMT’s production of Guys and Dolls. Outside of theatre, Jay enjoys his role as a teacher with the Ottawa Catholic School Board.

Salem Valentine

The Preacher

Salem Valentine is a born and raised Ottawa performer that has been in the theatre scene for 6 years. Recently graduated from the University of Ottawa with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Theatre–he has been eager to develop his craft. Salem’s recent credits include ‘Billy’ from Carrie (uOttawa Theatre Club), ‘Riff Raff’ from The Rocky Horror Show (Lost Baggage Musical Theatre), and ‘Gabe’ from Next To Normal (Elevator Theatre Company). Music holds a special place in Salem’s heart, and he is always joyous to learn different styles. He is thankful and excited to portray the ‘Preacher’, and hopes you enjoy it.

Anna Gray

Governor Miriam Ferguson

Anna is happy to be joining Lost Baggage Musical Theater in this production of Bonnie & Clyde. Anna has been involved in theatre and the performing arts in Ottawa and Toronto since they were a teenager, including Little Women (uOttawa Theatre Club) and Leap of Faith (Spirit Express). Part of what Anna loves about theatre is being able to connect with people and the arts in different times and ways in their life. When not involved in theatre, Anna loves to take dance classes, collect plants, and try out new hobbies without any real commitment. They are excited for you to see the show!

Darren Flemming

Henry Barrow, Captain Frank Hamer

Darren is thrilled to be making his Lost Baggage Musical Theatre debut in Bonnie & Clyde. A high-range baritone, his voice is best described as full and powerful with a rich, warm colour. His previous credits include The Drowsy Chaperone (Confidential Musical Theater Project) and The Prom (Suzart Productions). Trained in classical, jazz, and Irish folk music, Darren also plays guitar and harmonica and sings regularly at Brigid’s Well Irish sessions. When not on stage, he is a black belt in karate and CEO of an Ottawa-based commercial real estate brokerage.

Alex Smith-Eivemark

Dance Ensemble, Emma Parker, Dance Captain

Alex has been involved with LBMT for a little over a year; she’s choreographed two productions and this is her first show as a performer (and her first time performing in a musical in over a decade). When Alex isn’t at LBMT, she’s teaching at Broadway Workout, and Dance Fusion Studios. Enjoy the show!

Katrina Kearney

Dance Ensemble, Trish

Katrina is so excited to be performing in her first production with Lost Baggage Musical Theatre in Bonnie and Clyde. After 15 years of dance training, she was excited to finally pursue her passion in theatre three years ago.  Some of her previous roles include ‘Veronica’ in Heathers (UOttawa Theatre Club) and ‘Ariel’ from Footloose (UOttawa Theatre Club).  She is currently in her final year of her undergraduate degree at the University of Ottawa in the Health Science stream.  Katrina can’t wait to get on stage in her roles of Trish and dance ensemble, and show you all of the hard work that the team has put into this production! 

Andre Sponder

Dance Ensemble, Stella, Cumie Barrow

Andre has enjoyed combining her 15 years of dance training with her love of musical theatre as part of the dance ensemble in Bonnie & Clyde. This is her second full scale musical with LBMT, previously appearing in Chicago, as well as various LBMT cabarets as cast and choreographer. Other community theatre projects include Footloose ‘Urleen’ (Greely Players), Grease ‘Sonny’ (Greely Players) and Les Belles Soeurs ‘Ginette’ (Phoenix Players). She’s also currently participating in her 2nd season with the dance company PushPULL. When she’s not dancing, Andre teaches high school math and physics. She would like to thank her partner for helping her elevate her performance, her family for always supporting her, and the audience for supporting the arts! Enjoy the show.

Kenzie Barrera

Dance Ensemble, Young Emma

Kenzie is so excited to be a part of this iconic crime story. In her first year of Teachers College, Kenzie spends her day teaching drama and her evenings living it! She has worked as a stage manager with Elevator Theatre Company on their productions of Spring Awakening and Next to Normal. She has recently been in Head Over Heels ‘Ensemble’ (Suzart) and recently directed 9 to 5: The Musical (CMTS). She has been a dancer for most of her life in styles of jazz, contemporary and ballet. Kenzie loves the hard work of the choreographer for integrating many different styles of dance for this show and can’t wait for you all to see them!

Abigail Tanner

Dance Ensemble, Young Cumie Barrow

After an eight-year hiatus, Abigail is thrilled to be reentering the world of performing arts with this production of Bonnie & Clyde. Abigail fell in love with the arts at a very young age and spent 10 years of performing in North Bay’s community theatre (Dreamcoat Fantasy Theatre, TOROS and Summer Challenge). Abigail has always been drawn to creative outlets such as visual art, dancing, and musical theatre and graduated from the Arts Nipissing program at Widdifield Secondary School. Abigail looks forward to breaking into Ottawa’s theatrical community as a dancer, a creative and, of course, a patron. She would like to thank her loved ones for supporting her in this endeavour. She hopes you enjoy watching the show as much as she enjoyed working on it!

Laura Catherine

Deputy Johnson, Ensemble

Laura is an Ottawa born and raised musical theatre performer. She has spent the last 3 years living in New York City where she attended the American Musical and Dramatic Academy, and received her conservatory certificate in musical theatre. Once she graduated she was making magic at the time square disney store and performing at cabaret clubs and piano bars. She is beyond thrilled to be entering the Ottawa theatre scene, and cannot wait to see what it has in store. She is so excited to be joining Lost Baggage’s cast of Bonnie and Clyde and cannot wait to show you all the finished project!

Jillian Naufal

Jailer, Ensemble

Jillian discovered her passion for performing at a young age through school choirs and theatre productions at the Ottawa School of Speech & Drama and Salamander Theatre Company. She is a graduate of Canterbury High School’s Vocal Performance program, and has completed up to Grade 9 RCM & Canadian Conservatory exams in voice, piano, and music theory. Jillian currently works in tech, and after a decade away, she recently rekindled her love of performing, with credits in The Drowsy Chaperone (Confidential Musical Theatre Project, Zucchini Productions) and Great Gatsby, It’s Murder! (American Variety Entertainment). She is thrilled to be making her Lost Baggage Musical Theatre debut in Bonnie & Clyde. Enjoy the show!

Kayden Pilon

Young Clyde

Kayden is a grade 8 student at Cedarview Middle School. He currently takes voice lessons with Morgan Strickland from the Studio of Vocal Design Ottawa. Outside of musical theatre, Kayden enjoys gaming, playing soccer, swimming, and playing board games with his family. Past roles for Kayden include ‘Ensemble’ in Mary Poppins (Kemtpville Youth Musical Theatre Company), ‘Roquefort’ in Aristocrats Jr. (SOPAC Ottawa), ‘Charlie’ in Willy Wonka Kids (SOPAC Ottawa), and ‘Doug’ in Descendents (SOPAC Ottawa). Kayden is excited to be performing in the role of ‘Young Clyde’ for this production of Bonnie and Clyde with Lost Baggage Musical Theatre, and hopes everyone enjoys the show!

Aurelia Kemp

Young Bonnie

Aurelia is a grade 7 student at Jack Donohue PS. This is her first production with Lost Baggage Musical Theatre and she is excited to take on this feisty role of Young Bonnie. Aurelia’s recent roles include ‘Annie’ in Annie (Mississippi Mudds), ‘Ensemble’ in Matilda (Suzart), ‘Young Elsa’ in Frozen Jr. (Kanata Theatre Kids), and a variety of other roles from ‘Alice’ in Alice in Wonderland Jr., ‘Bruce’ in Matilda Jr., to ‘Sheldon’  and ‘Ensemble’ in Finding Nemo Kids, with ASNY summer camps and the Kanata Theatre Kids productions. Outside of the theatre, Aurelia takes voice lessons with Jennifer Fontaine and competes in the NATS and Kiwanis festivals. She enjoys dancing, swimming, and when not needed during rehearsals, you’ll find her voraciously reading a good book.
