Lili Roussakis (she/her) is very excited to be co-directing the Ottawa premiere of Ride the Cyclone with one of her dear friends, Euan Wheaton. She hopes everybody enjoys the show!

Euan Wheaton

Co-Artistic Director

Euan Wheaton (he/him) is honoured to be sharing such an important show with one of his oldest theatre friends, Lili Roussakis. Having worked with LBMT since their launch party, he couldn’t think of a better company to help bring Cyclone to Ottawa for the first time. You might recently have seen him as “Pirelli” in Sweeney Todd (Paper Moon) or as “Gene” in One Small Misstep (Sol One Arts). His original show Girls Can Do Anything (Except That) will be featured at this year’s Ottawa Fringe Festival, and he also performs as “Pierre” in Oh Canada Eh! (Totally Legit Productions). Like Constance in the show, he is a Scorpio, and wants everyone to know: there’s no shame in loving your town, large or small.

With a background rooted in musical theatre, she’s gradually found herself drawn to the creative problem-solving side of props and set design. Working on Ride the Cyclone has been a chance to combine her performance instincts with the behind-the-scenes work that helps shape the show’s weird and wonderful vibe. Emily Ramdyal

Ocean O’Connell Rosenberg (Swing: Jane Doe)

After previously performing as ensemble and the understudy for ‘Clarisse’ in The Lightning Thief (Suzart 2024), Emily is happy and HYPED to be making her LBMT debut in her favourite musical and to be playing her biggest dream role of all time. As a longtime fan of Ride the Cyclone, getting to perform this show with such an amazingly stacked cast and crew is truly a full circle moment for Emily. She hopes she will do Ocean justice, for herself and for others who love this musical just as much as she does. One fun fact about Emily is that she has the same initials as Emily Rohm, who played Jane Doe in the original cast of the show!! Offstage, Emily is in grade 11 at Canterbury High School. When she’s not acting or singing, her hobbies consist of being silly, making pop culture references and spending money on energy drinks. She hopes you enjoy the ride and that you keep your arms and legs inside the cart at all times!!

If you can’t get enough of Llewyn Kinney then you won’t want to miss Girls Can Do Anything (Except That) at Ottawa ‘s Fringe Festival.
