About
A Quarantunes COMPETITION?!?! LBMT is hosting a fourth and final A Quarantunes Cabaret, but this time with a twist… Performers for this show have always been divided into two groups with two sets of performance coaches. This year they will form teams to battle it out with both solos and ensemble performances for the ultimate “Quarantunes”!
Each show will have a set of 3 judges, each representing a tripe threat of musical theatre: singing, dancing, and acting. Cast members will compete to have the top scoring solo number and top scoring team. The top scoring solo will win a $100 cash prize courtesy of Riverview School of Music. There will also be an audience choice award for best solo and best ensemble number.
Furthermore, this cabaret follows a new format – for the first time ever, there is no program order. The order will be chosen by the show host and the audience. Each night will be a new show and both performers and audience members won’t know what will happen next!
